Have you ever tried almond or rice milk? (Almond being the most healthiest of all milks.)

  6. I hear ya. I'm a thrifty food shopper myself. Eating this way is more for my health because I developed allergies from eating foods with high fructose corn syrup, enriched & bleached wheat flour, and other processed ingredients. Yes, cheers! :)

  17. Good for you Traci. Wish we could be more healthy but our food shopping typically consists of going where the coupons dictate and Sam's Club. Oh, and we're not too proud not go to the Loves thrift shop for bread. With a mortgage & 2 kids at private school... well, you get the picture. ;-) Cheers!
